If selected the combo package how will I get my phone line? Can I use any consumer analog
phone corded or cordless?
We will be providing a ATA device that has a standard Rg11 output, and yes you can connect
any consumer RG11 cord.
Where will the modem be placed in my house?
We will come into the house with one cable connection from the antenna that will be placed
on the edge of the roof to the center of the house that will connect the Cube modem which
has 2 ETH ports that can be wired 1 for the Phone ATA, and one port to a PC, Switch, Router
Etc.
Inhouse wiring for Computers, Networks, Phones?
We can Refer wiring and low voltage contractors.
Are we supplying Filtered (content Filtering Solutions?
Every buyer is responsible to filter their own devices we will not offer any filtering
solutions.
Can you block the SSID from being broadcasted?
Yes we can hide the SSID and this will eliminate it being broadcasted and having kids or
family members trying to guess passwords and connect their devices to the internet.
Can I connect as much devices to the internet?
Yes for any of your own devices Not allowed to share any passwords with neighbors this will
affect your internet speed and phone usage and will bring future connectivity issues.
What if I have a tenant?
We can setup the tenant to get services using the same antenna but will need to setup a
different account per tenant
Is there any term agreements?
No it's on a month to month basis.
Can I suspend services and will there be a reactivation fee?
Yes you can suspend or change plans at any time no obligation, upon reactivation will be a
charge of $75.
How will charge show on my bank statements?
Every purchase will show as Curious Branding on your bank statements.
Can I hibernate my services for the months I'm not using it?
Yes please see the following options:
- Hibernation. $4.99 monthly.
- Thermostat hibernation. $19.99 monthly.

Hibernation must be set prior to our billing date the first of each month in order to kick
in for the new month, to go out of hibernation is allowed and prorate billed on any day of
the month, Advantech Wi-Fi will not refund any moneys charged at the billing date of a new
month cycle. Please do take all of this in consideration prior of using the hibernation.
